We diagnose on site wherever we can. If a repair needs parts or bench time, we'll quote you first - parts always get your approval before we order anything.
One thing we'll always be straight about: sometimes a repair genuinely isn't worth it. If you're looking at spending most of the cost of a new machine on an old one, we'll say so and talk you through the alternatives rather than quietly doing the work.
